This store is so much better now that it's revamped with new owners! The employees are friendly and helpful, and I like the selection of gifts now available. It definitely has a more welcoming atmosphere.

Norman has not made this store better! He has over priced items that regulars have purchased for MUCH less in the past. I recently saw an LOL Surprise Ball that was selling for $90... not a normal Hallmark item that also sells for $69.99!!
