Dave and his staff were great!!! I came in for an oil change and left with piece of mind. I am now a devoted customer and will bring in my friends and family.
took it there with a headlight problem, and a small gas leak. they charged over $250. when i left, on my way home, i realized my headlights still did not work, and i still had a gas leak. took it back. the said they didn't see where it was leaking. (it was at the top of the engine, if you turn it on, you see it in a matter of seconds) so they had to order a part for it. took it back a third time, and they fixed it in a few minutes. (they charged $40 for it the first time) so i left again. a few miles down the road, engine trouble. check engine light comes on, and its loosing power. stuttering. (i have never had problems with the engine the entire time i have had the car.) i call them up, and ask them whats going on, they say to bring it back, and they can hook it up to the computer. (i did not go back. never will) after opening up the hood, i see parts from the old gas hose just sitting there, on top. could have fallen into the fan, or a belt, or caused any number of problems. maybe thats why my car is running terrible all the sudden.
Excellent staff, they definitely went above and beyond for me and my family while traveling. We broke down on the interstate and were towed to Monro. Dave And his team stayed late to get us back on the road so we could continue our trip. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
All I can say is WOW, the staff bailed me out bigtime. I had a flat tire late in the day, the tow truck got us there a few minutes before closing time in the manager did not hesitate to bring the car in and get me back on the road. Great people, Thanks again
(a few days later i talk to a friend, who also took it there for a light issue. he said is car suddenly had issues 2 days after being there.)
Great service at a fair price. I have gotten tires and oil changes here as well as a transmission flush, the work is good and I would recommend this shop to all.
